The structural audit of 22 highrise societies in Gurgaon has been stuck for the past six months as the developers have failed to pay the fee. Notices are being issued to the developers warning them of legal action. Only one society has paid the fee so far and six societies have not even shared the project drawings. Structural Audit: The ADC directed DTP to immediately share estimates with the concerned builder management so that the audit work can be started and completed as soon as possible.
In the first round, the agencies revealed that the basements of most of the projects have seepage and flooding, apart from other issues like falling of concrete and corrosion of steel.
