The flashflood watch in the north bay will drop at 6 00 p. M. The next one in the Santa Cruz Mountains will linger. The rain is leaving the north bay. It has been raining up here all day. Weve had rainfall up to 6 and 7 inches. Other areas, most areas 2 to 3 inches.
