In a setback to the Congress party in Gujarat, its Rajya Sabha member and former union minister Naran Rathwa on Tuesday joined the ruling BJP along with his son Sangramsinh and a number of supporters ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.
According to the Siddipet police, G Raju bought a knife a week ago, followed MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy’s daily election schedule, and waited for an opportunity to attack him.
