wonderful guys through so many difficult challenges that college has presented. and they taught me so much about the cultural and language of power. and so many of the things i didn t even know to recognize to operate well and function on harvard s campus. so it truly is invaluable to have that resonance, the relationship between guys who have been there before and who are genuinely invested in you doing well. i can t emphasize it enough. we need to be able to reach out and find the troy simons and the justin porters and make sure we bring them into these institutions. that we are missing a lot of potential talent who can contribute to these colleges the way troy and justin are. this idea that we track, right?
