He was arrested on suspicion of two felony counts of Sexual Assault by someone in a position of trust and one misdemeanor assault of a ten year age difference. He was hired in september of 2014. Earlier this month, he was mentioned in a School District newsletter as a rock star nominated by district leaders. The write up said he was someone who truly cares for our students safety and security. This write up in all information about him has now been deleted from district web his next Court Appearance will be in early january. Passerby along the backside of this empty Sports Authority in lone tree. Inside, the bodies of those three missing people. 36yearold Jennifer Laber and her two young sons, ages 3 and 5. Authorities would not say at this point hhw they died but they said they do not have any suspects at this point and theres no threat to the community at this point. They also added that the husband and father is cooperating with Law Enforcement at this point. Laber was last seen picking up her sons f they were reported missing around 8 00 last night. The sheriff called this a very active and ongoing investigation, trying to figure out how and why this happened. One thing that they added, an amber alert was never issued in this case.
