A Green Forest man died in a single-vehicle accident on Arkansas Highway 103 south of the city early Saturday morning.
According to an Arkansas State Police Report written by Trooper Jacob Graham, a 2004 Nissan driven by Robert Bell was northbound on Highway 103 at 2:29 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, when it left the road. The Nissan came back onto the road and then overturned, the report says.
Bell, 50, was ejected from the vehicle, according to the report.
The weather was clear and the road was dry at the time of the accident, the report says.
Bell became the 40th person to die in a traffic accident in Arkansas this year.
