Louisiana State Police cruisers were involved in a crash near the intersection of South Claiborne Avenue and Toledano Street on Thursday. A spokesperson said troopers boxed in the driver of a stolen SUV, who then rammed their cruisers. It was the latest incident on New Orleans roadways involving Troop Nola officers.
A citywide chase through New Orleans by Troop NOLA ended Tuesday afternoon with two suspects taken into custody and one civilian injured in Lakeview, Louisiana State Police said.
