South Indian Star P Balachandran Passes Away at 62 Image Source: IE A bad news there yet again in the South Indian film industry when we see their film star and a known author called P. Balachandran passed away this morning at the age of 62. He has been remembered a lot for his contributions to Malayalam Cinema along with the South Indian literature. As per reports, he was suffering from different ailments and was even getting the treatment before he said goodbye to the world at the same age.  The veteran actor and author was born in 1952 in Kollam’s district of Sasthamkotta village of Kerala. He started working in the south Indian industry as an actor and screenwriter. While he started his career working in a landmark film called Gandhi by Richard Attenborough.
