On the Prime Minister and the chancellor over Public Sector pay rises, after another Cabinet Minister raised the prospect of the current 1 cap being lifted. The Environment Secretary, michael gove, suggested the recommendations of Public Sector pay bodies, which review increases, should be respected. One of those has warned that the cap is putting pressure on the health service. Here is our Political Correspondent iain watson.
