Learn to Navigate Change With UK Women s Forum s February Programming

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 15, 2021)  The past year, the COVID-19 pandemic forced many of us to face changes in our own lives and the world around us. Please join the University of Kentucky Women’s Forum for two events in February to discuss “Navigating Change.” From 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Feb. 16, on Zoom, Lisa Williams will join us to talk about the change process. Williams is an Intuitive Leadership coach and consultant. She will introduce the Change Cycle™, a change management model that helps individuals and teams deal with change pragmatically, resourcefully and effectively. During this workshop, participants will gain familiarity with the six predictable stages of change, understand what is driving people’s thoughts, feelings and behaviors during times of change, and leave with strategies to effectively navigate change. The session is free and attendees can register here: https://uky.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZ0qdu-urDIuHtxpOcPFuvQ4yvHb6srsywjL.
