Tripp worried about how his mom had been missing for two days, and Steve theorized that Ava might have left town never to be seen again. Tripp didn’t think that his mom would do that.
After Steve left, Tripp got a box with all the Christmas cards that Ava had written for him over the years but never sent. Tripp put out all the cards and read his 2020 Christmas card from his mom. “All those years I thought you didn’t want me, and now I know it’s not true,” Tripp said to himself.

The Christmas Eve gathering at the Horton house had to be cut a bit short due to Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) going into labor – and she’s in for a long night! Fortunately, it won’t be long until morning comes and Lani’s ready to bring two beautiful babies into the world.
