Perth radio ratings: 96FM jumps in breakfast despite Fred Bottica mid-survey departure

The sudden change up of its breakfast talent in the middle of GfK’s second radio ratings survey did not negatively impact ARN’s 96FM, which has gained 1.5 points to land on a 10.4% share.

96FM landed on a 10.7% overall share, an increase of 0.9 points from the previous survey.
Leading the charge in breakfast was Nova 93.7 which slipped by 0.3 points to hold a 14.9% share. Nova held steady in the second survey of the year, also keeping its lead in drive on 15.2% and overall with a 13.3% share.
92.9 Triple M Perth unveils Dead Set Legends lineup

Triple M’s newest radio station Triple M Perth has finally rounded out its full lineup, announcing that it will air its own Dead Set Legends segment on weekends with Xavier Ellis, Michael ‘Mickey’ Barlow and Britt Taylor.
The announcement:
92.9 Triple M today announced that Xavier Ellis, Michael ‘Mickey’ Barlow and Britt Taylor will host the station’s Dead Set Legends weekend sports show, commencing Saturday 17 April.
This announcement rounds out the station’s format following Triple M Perth’s launch in December 2020.
