Longview’s Taylor Tatum and Pine Tree’s Ewoma Ugbini took home top honors Tuesday as the top student/athletes in the area were celebrated at the 10th annual ETVarsity Best Preps awards banquet at Maude Cobb Convention Center in Longview.
