Bradley Fire sparks near McCloud
According to the U.S. Forest Service in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest, a new wildfire dubbed, the Bradley Fire, is burning east of McCloud and is estimated at around 10 to 15 acres.

UPDATE: Air crews battling the Bradley Fire have now made a better map of the fire and it is now estimated at 300 acres.
Officials say that the fire is slowing for the evening which will allow for fire crews and dozers to make progress constructing lines around the fire.

McCLOUD, Calif. - The U.S. Forest Service - Shasta-Trinity National Forest Fire has announced a new fire Sunday east of McCloud and Pilgrim Creek Road and north of Highway 89.
The initial announcement on Sunday afternoon had an estimate of 10-15 acre. At 5:30 p.m. forest officials said it was 35 acres in size and was burning actively in timber with a moderate to high rate of speed.
