Multi-disciplinary consultancy The Rocket Group has appointed Sam Hinchliffe, ARB RIAS, as technical director of architecture for Scotland. Sam joins Rocket’s Dundee-based team to enhance the company’s expertise in archaeology, heritage, ecology and construction.
