This spring, Larry can be seen starring opposite Olivia Rodrigo and Joshua Bassett in the second season of Disney+ s critically acclaimed series, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series as Ricky s (Bassett) best friend and wingman, Big Red. The show follows the students at East High School, where the original two-time Emmy Award-winning High School Musical film franchise was filmed.

Disney released their song Friday (April 30), two weeks before the second season of the Disney+ series premieres on May 14. Even When/The Best Part will appear in the Valentine s Day episode, which spotlights Nini (Rodrigo) and Ricky (Bassett) struggling to physically spend the holiday together, after Ricky takes a bus to Denver to surprise Nini with the new love song he wrote for her titled Even When only for Nini to surprise Ricky outside his (old) house in Salt Lake City and sing her own romantic ballad The Best Part.
