Anchorage, Alaska (KINY) - On Friday, an Anchorage grand jury returned an indictment charging 28-year-old Kevin Feliuai with one count of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree and two counts of enticement of a minor for offenses that occurred in March and April 2023 involving a 14-year-old.
