residence. From the time of completion until 1833, the intended dream home served as the County Courthouse.

CORNWALL, Ontario – Tri-Star Construction is in the process of developing the northeast corner of Pitt and Second streets. Dubbed Prime Square, the new building will be five stories and feature 44 residential units and one ground floor commercial tenant.
