The Town of Palmer Lake is asking residents for a property tax increase and to legalize recreational marijuana sales at two shops in November to pay for services.
After over 20 years of discussion, the Tri-Lakes Monument Fire Protection District joined forces with the Donald Wescott Fire Department to form the Monument Fire District.
The Tri-Lakes Monument Fire Protection District (TLMFPD) and the Donald Wescott Fire Protection District (DWFPD) have agreed to combine services and form the Monument Fire District.
