In Fairfax County firefighters arrived on scene and say they saw flames shooting out of the first floor window that is boarded up. They had to rescue a couple that were upstairs. Were told who dogs and two cats lived inside, unfortunately they did not make it out alive. Investigators tell us this all happened at around 6 40 this morning. They say that this home video was shot by a neighbor, his name is james moran. He said he woke up to sirens, came outside and saw several fire engines on scene battling the blaze.
