An aged care facility on the Gold Coast has been given the all-clear after it was visited by a tradesman who later tested positive to Covid-19.
The man - who also works as an entertainer - had attended a Byron Bay hens party with an infectious nurse and her sister, linked to Brisbane's second cluster.
All staff and residents at Tri-Care Mermaid Beach have returned negative test results.
