Several El Dorado police officers and firefighters recently took civil service promotional exams to move up in the ranks of their respective departments.
Luther P. Reiner passed away peacefully on April 9, 2024. Born in Mount Carmel, Pa., on March 2, 1923, upon high school graduation, Luther began his military ca
