troops are within just a few miles of the city center and there is a real fear that civilians will run out of places to hide. we have nowhere to go so we came here to the underground. it is safer here. we are getting new satellite images today from max start technologies indicating that the russians have moved attack helicopters to neighboring belarus. we do know that yesterday, russian troops crossed over the border from belarus and took an area of land near chernobyl. today, it appears that they are continuing to prepare for the possibility of using attack helicopters in this region. again, often the distance we can still hear those explosions taking place. the surveillance here in the capital of kyiv, many of them are underground at this hour. as the entire country is under martial law. martha. martha: trey, just to go back to the beginning of your report, just to clarify. did you say that there is evidence that there are some russian forces on the ground inside the city limit
