Laws and her friend Sally Phillips had been wearing lingerie to serve drinks to a private party at the Goodwood Revival motor racing event on September 15 last year.
The pair had been drinking prosecco and decided to stay in their car for the night after a fight broke out at the event, according to The Sun.
No drugs were found and Laws was cleared of drink-driving. But she admitted assaulting an emergency worker and possessing an offensive weapon, namely a knuckleduster, which was found in her car. Amanda Burrows, prosecuting, told the court that Laws was seen “wiggling her buttocks” at police. She stripped off her top as an officer attempted to detain her up against the Vauxhall Astra in September last year. The court heard that Laws flipped into a rage when she was approached in a layby near the Sussex estate. She jabbed PC Burton in the face with her finger. Ms Burrows said: “She pulled her top off revealing her skimpy underwear and started poking her finger at him.
