Deputies have arrested a woman in connection to the MLK Day murder of a man in the Linton Oaks neighborhood of Gainesville. On Jan. 18,Trevaughn Wilkerson, 21, was shot to death during an armed robbery as he sat in his car, deputies say. The alleged gunman, 19-year-old Xaviyaun Williams, remains at large. On Thursday, deputies pulled over 28-year-old Anterria Robinson. Authorities say she was in the same vehicle as seen on surveillance video.
Two teenagers will be prosecuted as adults for their roles in a Jan. 18 robbery in which a man was fatally shot.
Jonah Alexander Maultsby, 16, and Cornelius Allen, 17, were charged with accessory after the fact to murder while engaged in a robbery, according to court documents.
Maultsby and Allen are suspected of participating in a drug-related robbery that resulted in the death of Trevaughn Wilkerson in the area of Southwest 59th Terrace and 10th Lane.
Maultsby and Allen ran from the scene and were apprehended later.
The suspected shooter, Xaviyuan Williams, is still being sought. He reportedly drove off in a white Lexus and then ran when it crashed shortly after the shooting.
