Authorities say a 17-year-old from Salem County has now been charged as an adult in connection to the June 25th homicide of a homeless man in Camden. According to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez, 17-year-old Tresjure Knight of Pennsville is charged with one count of first-degree murder, one count of second-degree conspiring to commit aggravated assault, and one count of second-degree desecration of human remains. Mayer s office says police responded to the 1100 block of Kaighn Avenue in Camden shortly after midnight on June 25th for the report of an unresponsive man in an alleyway. When they arrived, they found 63-year-old Bobby J. Hill, Jr., of Camden, suffering from multiple injuries to his head.
