temperatures in years. thanks for joining us. i m maureen umeh. i m wisdom martin. it s going to be brutal and potentially dangerous for anyone outside in the morning. let s get downstairs to gary mcgrady for the latest on the conditions. i do think this is probably or at least would say has the greatest potential of being the coldest night we ve had so far this season, pretty much areawide. it was fairly cold this morning and it was really cold on saturday morning, too but i think we ll have a good area into the single digits before it s all said and done overnight tonight. let s go to temperatures, it s 24 degrees in the city. the wind is still blowing a little bit. it s still about 10 to 15 miles per hour out there and that is keeping the temperatures up a little bit, but we are anticipating that winds will die down 5 miles per hour and below and that s when temperatures will just start to drop. you can see the wind chill factor for everybody is pretty cold out there a
