Surveillance video facing rape charges. The young men ranging in age from 14 to 17 years old all being charged as adults accused of gang raping an 18yearold woman in a brownsville park last week. Youre not going to rape women in our community and think youre going to get away with it. Now the search is on for the fifth and final suspect. Police urging him to surrender. We want to tell that individual that is out there that we will not rest as churches, as Community Leaders until hes apprehended and faces the full extent of the law. Sources tell cbs 2 the 18yearold victim admits she was drinking in osborne park with her father last thursday night when the teens approached, threatening the father with a gun ordering him to leave. Lot of standing and cooling water as we moved into the city. We caught up with people in the neighborhood, especially a group from richmond who were helping a relative move. The water pooled so quickly that every time they tried to venture out, they were driven back. It was really coming down when we arrived, it has left up. It just keeps coming in waves, we have seen it come and go. One bit of positive news from this neighborhood, i have been covering the storms in the flooding here for two decades and the locals told me that usually with rainfall like this, they would be inundated. The city has spent a lot of time, effort, and money trying to improve drainage and it is apparently working. Looks like we can take it away.
