The longtime manager of the city of Cedar Springs has left for another job, and the finance director will be filling in as interim city manager for now. The Cedar Springs City Council recently appointed Finance Director/Treasurer Darla Falcon as the interim city manager after Mike Womack announced his resignation as city manager in March, effective Tuesday.
