place next month. but the government s man in charge wants b.p. to consider other options. in a statement it was said we must ensure no irreversibel damage is done which could cause uncontrolled leakage from the sea floor. that could include piping the oil to ships on the surface. b.p. says that method could lead to millions of gallons of oil spilling back into the gulf. no one wants to see any more oil flow into the gulf of mexico. reporter: with no oil flowing for the first time crews are cleaning up more crude than is being released. and even though the gulf beaches aren t as cloudy as they usually are more people did turn out to get a break from the heat. fishermen were back again. families waded into the warm water. a beach front restaurant owner says business has been slower since the spill. he is hoping the news of the capped well brings tourists back. rip off that rear-view mirror. keep going. reporter: he reopened his chimney house last january after being de
