Two Grayson County deputies were involved in a shooting death of a Caneyville man Thursday night.
Kentucky State Police says its preliminary investigation revealed the Grayson County Sheriffâs Office received information that a wanted person, Brian Abbott, 34, was at a residence on North Main Street in Caneyville.
After arriving at the residence, two deputies contacted Abbott inside the residence and he reportedly was armed with two knives. After repeated commands to drop the knives, KSP said Abbott charged the deputies.
