Advisories are all gone from the National Weather service. There may be some from the chp. Heavy rain in the Santa Cruz Mountains and down to the south. You can see not too much in the way of orange and red for us, but wow, look at the Atmospheric River just pounding parts of monterey and all the way up to modesto, gilroy and merced. This morning. You can see around curtner avenue headed up towards san jose, moderate showers. Its mild out there. Temperatures in the low to mid 50s. Fairfield at 47 and los gatos at 49. The Atmospheric River takes away the cold and brings in the rain. An inch and three quarters so far out of the system of rain. Steadier rain this morning. Showery by noon. So it will be off and on. Heaviest in the mountains where it will remain steady throughout the day. We go from the low to mid 50s to near 60 at noon and 4 00. Mid and upper 50s by 7 00. Lets get back to frances. We have some flooding reported in the concord area on the connector ramp from highway 4 to 680. Look out for some of these puddles as you drive to work. Those taillights are moving southbound there, past geary. Traffic is moving slowly but its looking good here so far towards highway 24.
