Quick Quack Car Wash is giving teachers a free car wash in celebration of Teacher Appreciation Day on Tuesday.
All educators and staff can stop by any time between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. to receive their free car wash. Quick Quack will offer their Lucky Duck/Best Wash to all who show their school badge or ID.
The promotion applies to all teachers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas and Utah, a news release said. Teacher Appreciation Day allows us to recognize the educators in our lives, in our children’s lives, and our community,” Travis Kimball, Co-Founder/Chief Experience Officer, said in the release.

PHOENIX On Dec. 24, Christmas Eve morning, a candle in a bedroom sparked and caused a massive blaze at a home on 15th Avenue and Sonora Street in south Phoenix.
Teresa Menjivar, her husband Tobias and 26-year-old daughter Denise, who has Down Syndrome, narrowly escaped the fire. They lost everything they own, including their car. Five, ten minutes, my whole house was gone. Everything I worked so hard for, Teresa said. Her daughter Denise lost her Bipap machine, which helps her to breathe at night, in the fire as well.
