And policy development, so for the first recommendation that we have is that when you are about to engage in project areas, to identify Small Businesses and Small Business representatives in that area, to be the representation and the stake holders, the same as you might do for the bicycle coalition, or walk sf, and then, as consultants as you begin to work on a project plan area.
