Touting this and as its written right now, 70 of the units will be market rates. 70 , 18 per middle income and 2500 a month that i work with lots of people like you restaurants. They can afford 2500 a month. So, were basically giving a developer several stories, be able to displace a Small Business permanently, and for what . For a few thousand Affordable Housing .
