A study, that took place in November, revealed two out three drivers were speeding between Borlum Bridge and Lewiston crossroads. Veteran road safety campaigner Labour MSP David Stewart – who asked for the surveys to be carried out – has written to Scotland’s Transport Minister Michael Matheson underlining the need for speed cameras.
