The industrial uses are expressed in durable and economical concrete construction with the south building adding a lighter, more transparent expression being employed for the office floors,” reads the application.
“This lighter expression will consist of a contrasting steel frame clad in glass and metal panels. The long facades of the development along West 75th Avenue are broken into smaller, more human scale elements by the articulation of the recessed entries and contrasting colour.”
