Id like to have a moment of silence for mayor lee. I was shocked to hear that he passed away. I personally loved mayor lee, his wife, anita, and his two daughters. The last time i talked to mayor lee, it was not a very nice conversation. But id like to have a moment of silence for mayor lee, and for that little 8yearold boy, gabriel, who has murdered by his father because he thought he was gay. So, moment of silence, please. Thank you. Miss canada, and i have a picture, if you can show it on the overboard, please, 100yearold woman lived right across the street from ms. Breed. This is what the brown act says the people of the state do not yield their sovereignty to people. The people in delegating authority do not give their servants the authority for them to know whats good for them to know and whats not good for them to know. President ure man, i sent

For me its been difficult because he was not only a boss but a close friend of mine, but more importantly he was a champion of this project. When i joined the board there were a lot of financial needs and concerns and trying to make sure that we got the project to the way that it is now and we were able to finish it and through his leadership, really stepped up and did everything on behalf of the city. To make sure that the city could do its part. Of recent, i mean, weve had closed discussions about the asidelinement and what should alignment and what would happen with phase two and i think that we should take a moment of silence to mourn him. Thank you. Clerk well move into the next item on the agenda. Board of directors new business. Seeing none, next item is item 5, the executive directors report. Gate park initiatives in the Strategic Plan and i would say to you from my last 10 years in this position that there is probably no more robust conversation than there is on any issue around Golden Gate Park. I think that, frankly, i think that we have more work to do getting other neighborhood groups and folks from other parks engaged in, you know, sort of park policy and park advocacy conversations and theres a lot around Golden Gate Park so im not sure that were lacking in that regard, supervisor. You know, the the road closures, you know, traffic is an issue in the park. There are a lot of cars, there have been some pretty serious Pedestrian Safety issues in the park and its something that we all need to consider seriously and thats also not really we are a partner in that conversation because its in our park but we work closely with m. T. A. On that. The sunday street closure is codified, this board has, you know, passed that legislation and its been around for seven decades. Heal
