After Zee filed a suit in the Delhi High Court. The court has ordered WhatsApp users to stop circulating Salman Khan’s film Radhe. Recently the distributors have complained that the film has been spreading on social media via piracy.
Nation’s leading telecom operators Airtel, Jio and Vodafone have been directed by the court to disclose details of the subscribers who are pirating the film. The details will then be used for further legal action against them.
The Delhi High Court order mentions as reported by Koimoi, “The Plaintiff has filed the instant suit for permanent injunction, rendition of accounts and damages for the infringement of Plaintiff’s exclusive license and exploitation rights in the cinematograph film ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ (in short ‘the film’).
