A research group of Professor, Dr. Tran Dang Xuan of Hiroshima University, has demonstrated that the compound extracted from rice husks has inhibitory effect on cancer cells and is safe for normal cells.
Early October saw Cancers magazine publish the results of research conducted by Vietnamese Prof. Dr. Tran Dang Xuan and his colleagues at Hiroshima University in Japan to discover anti-blood cancer agents in rice.
