Police forces across the country have held a minutes silence in memory of pc Andrew Harper, who was killed while investigating a burglary in berkshire last week. But today, just a week after he was killed, his mother, father and other close relatives came to the poignant ceremony organised by his force. We gather here one week from the tragic death of pc Andrew Harper, our dearly loved and respected colleague, friend and proud Police Officer, son, brother and husband.
