They were here for mothers day weekend and on their way back to their hotel when witnesses tell us tonight that that woman was distracteddistracted and she stepped into the street. Thats when a duck boat struck and killed her. People was telling her to stop but sean paying attention. Whatever she was into, she was night and it happened so fast.
