The housebuilder is in the process of setting up a joint venture with Trafford Housing Trust to deliver 188 homes on a 25-acre site in Lancashire’s Ribble Valley.
A spokesperson for Trafford Housing Trust told
Place North West: “THT and L&Q Developments acquired the site in June 2018 and received planning approval for 188 new homes in September 2019.
“We are in discussions with Lovell Partnerships around setting up a 50:50 joint venture to help deliver the development, with the affordable housing being acquired by Trafford Housing Trust.

Two applications from the housebuilder are set to secure the green light from Trafford’s planning committee next week, bringing 450 homes to land bordering the Manchester Ship Canal.
