PROVIDENCE, Ky. (WFIE) - Police in Providence, Kentucky, say they went Friday to home on Bellville Road with an arrest warrant for 27-year-old Felicia Terrell.
They say she was wanted for on Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree.
Officers say when they arrived, they noticed a dirty, completely naked, young boy inside the house.
Which searching, police say they found drugs and guns.
They say they discovered what appeared to be a barn type, horse stable, door leading to a small bedroom.

Elkhorn City, KY. (March 16, 2021) – A Kentucky State Police Trooper responded to a complaint of a vehicle blocking the loading dock of the Quality Foods near the intersection of Highway 460 and Highway 195 at 6:41 a.m. Upon the trooper’s arrival, the male operator of the vehicle was located in the driver’s seat, wearing his seat belt with the vehicle running, and the transmission in drive. During the encounter, the operator of the vehicle attempted to pull away; however, the vehicle was against a concrete barrier which held the vehicle from moving. The operator was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence. During a search of the operator and the vehicle, troopers located and seized 1.25 ounces of suspected methamphetamine, digital scales, drug paraphernalia, and a quantity of US currency.

A Kentucky State Police Trooper conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of KY Route 40 and KY Route 1437 at 11:45 p.m. for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, the operator of the vehicle was arrested for operating the motor vehicle under the influence. During a search of the vehicle, troopers located and seized four ounces of suspected methamphetamine, digital scales, drug paraphernalia, and over $8,000 in cash.
Jerry Shepherd, 50 of Salyersville, was arrested and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center on charges of Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine), Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Operating Motor Vehicle under Influence of Controlled Substance 3rd Offense, and several traffic and equipment violations. Trooper Ryan Hale with KSP Post 9 is leading this investigation.
