A proposed development has been put before the Stamford Planning and Zoning Board (PZB) for a major development that will span several parcels and construct a 13-story mixed use building with 198 rental housing units and more than 4,000 square feet of retail space.
The development along the river will build apartments in two seven-story residential buildings one on each side of Clinton Avenue in the downtown area.
