UPDATE 7:45PM: Roadways have begun to open following the crash investigation. The victim s condition is unknown at this time. Carson City Fire Department and sheriff s deputies were called early Tuesday evening to a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian near the intersection of East College Parkway and Sherman Lane.
