Milwaukees sherman park neighborhood. A memorial for the man shot by a Police Officer near 44th and auer. Has turned into an unexpected hot spot. Tonight, we spoke with smiths brother who says they will continue to park police block the streets dressed in riot gear taking several people into custody nats followed by a day of more arrests and frustration from a family. 02 22 their riot gear dont do nothing but antagonize the people thats out here.
