One of the reasons why is because were going to have a pretty persistent wind out of the south and west. Just an hour ago these winds were pretty gusty. Right now we have wind gusts up to 22 Miles Per Hour on block island. Those winds are sustained anywhere from 1015 to even 20 miles an hour through the day. Reporter the multiengine aircraft, sometimes unpredictable in gusty conditions, winds saturday were gusting just enough to be a problem. Police say a 29yearold man was shot five times including in the neck, chest and stomach. He was rushed to Einstein Medical Center in Critical Condition and was not cooperating with police.
