Elgin Community College s marketing and communications team received more than a dozen awards at the 2023 National Council for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) District 3 Conference, Oct. 4-6, in St. Louis, Missouri, for excellence in print design, digital, video, photography, and communications.
