Protests continue to spread to College Campuses across the nation, the Speaker Of The House expresses support to jewish students at Columbia University. Officials there say they are making progress in conversations with protest leaders. Correspondent Steve Harrigan is on the columbia campus for us tonight. Good evening, steve. Neither israel, nor these jewish students on this campus will ever stand alone. House Speaker Mike Johnson met with jewish students at Columbia University, adding to the growing calls for University President shafik to step down. We cant allow this hatred and antisemitism to flourish on our campuses and it must be stopped in its tracks.
